About Dee & The Talent Company
Fractional Revenue Leader
I help Series A-B startups fix what's blocking their growth.
Background
I've spent 12+ years leading revenue operations across marketing, sales, customer success, and partnerships at high-growth B2B SaaS companies—from early-stage startups to Series B scale-ups.
I've lived on 5 continents and worked across every revenue function. This global perspective taught me to see patterns across industries, business models, and growth stages.
I know what breaks when companies scale—and more importantly, I know how to fix it.
What I've Done
• Led revenue generation at Customer.io (Series B SaaS), scaling SMB expansion 3x while improving conversion 43% and reducing churn 28%
• Directed growth strategy for startups across Americas, EMEA, and APAC—delivering 172% ARR growth and 18% lead generation improvement
• Built partner ecosystems from 0 to 175+ VCs, accelerators, and incubators
• Managed cross-functional teams from engineering, design, product, marketing, sales and operations
• Scaled companies from $2M to $20M ARR by fixing broken revenue systems
Before founding The Talent Company, I held Director-level roles leading go-to-market strategy, demand generation, partnerships, business development and revenue operations at B2B SaaS companies and tech startups.
Earlier in my career, I spent 4 years at Merrill Lynch Bank of America building consultative sales foundations—achieving 104% quota attainment while managing multi-million-dollar client portfolios.
Why I Do This Work
Most Series A-B startups hire functional experts—someone great at marketing, someone great at sales, someone great at customer success. But no one connects the dots.
That's where I come in.
I see across the full revenue cycle. I know where the handoffs break, where data gets lost, where processes bottleneck. And I know how to fix it without getting stuck in corporate politics or long-term organizational drama.
I work with founders who need VP-level strategic thinking + hands-on execution—without the cost, equity, or long-term commitment of a full-time hire.
My Approach
I don't believe in cookie-cutter solutions or trendy frameworks. Every company breaks differently.
I start by listening—to founders, to teams, to data. I diagnose what's actually broken (not what you think is broken). Then I fix the 2-3 things that will have the biggest impact on revenue.
I use AI and automation strategically throughout my work—not as buzzwords, but as tools to accelerate customer acquisition, improve decision-making, and reduce manual work. My clients get modern, scalable solutions built for 2025 and beyond.
I work fast, communicate clearly, and don't waste time. Most engagements are 3-12 months. You get fixed systems, trained teams, and documentation so you can maintain what we built after I'm gone.
Personal
When I'm not fixing revenue operations, I'm exploring new restaurants, learning new languages, or reading about behavioral economics.
I believe in:
• Clear communication over corporate jargon
• Systems that scale without constant intervention
• Treating people like humans, not resources
Let's talk if you're a founder who needs someone to fix what's broken—fast.
